ELKE CONSULTING ARBORIST AQF LEVEL 5
Elke Haege Thorvaldson is a consulting arborist with AQF Level 5 qualifications in consulting arboriculture.
In her capacity as an experienced consulting arborist, Elke assists project managers, architects, builders, and developers to provide:
- – Arborist reports, Arborist plans and Arborist Impact Assessments for:
- – Development Applications
- – State Significant Development Applications
- – Regionally Significant Development Applications
- – Construction Certificate and Tender phases
- – Tree Protection Plans (TPP), Tree Protection Specifications (TPS) and
- – During Construction phases.
- – Tree Risk assessments, Quantified Tree Risk Assessment (QTRA)
- – Consultation on tree health, tree condition, and structural stability, likelihood of tree removal or remediation options.
- – Expert witness and expert reports for arboriculture and landscape architecture Class 1 and 2 through The Land and Environment Court of NSW such as Tree and Hedge disputes between neighbours.
